This past weekend we took our dog to the groomer. He had been due for a while now. We usually wait until warmer weather to cut his hair very short. We keep it a little longer when it is cold, but come Spring, it comes off. Our dog is a Bichon so if we let his hair get too long when it is hot outside, he gets way too hot. Anyhow, when my wife got brought him back to the car, I could hardly recognize him. They trimmed the hair off of his ears completely so now he looks like a Jack Russel Terrier except with all white hair.
Anyways, I don’t think that my wife told them to trim his ears that much. It not that he looks bad, it is just that he looks so different. Perhaps now that he is groomed we should get him a nice collar like this pink panther collar or a bed like this blue toile tuffet bed to complete his look. It is a good thing that dogs don’t really care what they look like. So if your groomer does a bad job, at least your dog will still be happy.
